We believe this is reasonable, as a large number of our sales are to repeat customers with whom we have relationships going back several decades, so this period typifies the maximum length of time between sales that might occur with an established customer. We retain a record of any personal size patterns if you have had a special trouser make up produced, this cost time and money to produce so the pattern would be kept for 6 then destroyed if not used. Only your name would be recorded next to this item, all other data would be on our Google Drive provider if needed but would be safe.
In certain circumstances, we have a statutory obligation to keep your personal information for a set period of time for example financial information (normally 6-7 years) for financial auditing purposes.
